What are Tiny Tonka Complete Sets?
These were a bundled set of 3 or 5 vechicles from that year packaged in a box and sold as a set. On this page are examples of some common Tiny Tonka Sets. Complete sets were also produced for big box retailers such as Sears, JCPenny and a few others. These complete sets are extremely hard to find in mint or near mint condition especially with their original boxes.
